Samsung Galaxy Tab banned in Germany

ShoutBloger: Having previously banned in the exhibition Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA), Samsung Galaxy tab is now officially banned from sale in Germany, according to the Duesseldorf district court's decision.

As quoted by AFP on Saturday September 10, 2011, the Apple finally won a patent case against Samsung's technology in the courts, which make Korean-based Company is prohibited to sell the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it had plagiarized the Apple iPad.

Courts located in the western city of Duesseldorf, said that Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, has several keys that break the law regarding the patent technology.

Chief Judge, Johanna Brueckner-Hoffman, said that the apparent resemblance between Apple products by Samsung.
