BlackBerry Messenger blocked by the British Parliament

ShotBloger: BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) is being made headlines in Britain because it is used to organize the destruction of the rioters. A member of parliament is asking the service blocked fuel used in Queen Elizabeth's Affairs.
