Apple Releases IOS 5 Beta 2 With Wireless Sync Features

/ On : 6:35 AM/
ShoutBloger: Apple has released IOS 5.0 Beta 2 to developers who bring wireless synchronization feature (WiFi Sync) plus some other feature improvements.

In IOS 5.0 beta 2, sync to your Mac can not only be done via cable, but also wireless.

To be able to perform a wireless synchronization, it takes iTunes 10.5 Beta 2 and OS X 10.6.8 or Lion. You will see an option to enable wireless synchronization when you connect to your iTunes IOS device with a USB cable. It is recommended you do your initial sync using the cable first.

Wireless syncing will automatically activated when the device is connected to the same network when the computer is already paired. Or you can manually activate the sync of iTunes or from Settings>General>iTunes Sync, same network as the computer paired necessary. Make sure your device is connected to a power source when doing a wireless sync.

Developers can download the IOS 5.0 beta 2 from the Developer Center. In addition, there is also an updated version of Xcode 4.2 and iTunes 5.
