Actually, Facebook has tried to acquire Instagram during the summer. But apparently it did not work.
Co-founder Kevin Instagram Systrom declined to comment about the acquisition. Systrom also reluctant responding on Facebook plans that will make a similar Instagram application.
Since its emergence a year ago, Instagram can reach users with fast enough. Currently, at least more than 8 million users.
