According to the survey 55% of Android Users Hate iPhone

ShoutBloger: Competitive world of technology was not much different from competitive sports, where fans of each camp desperately defending 'team'. At least that is visible at the Business Insider survey of smartphones user.

Recently, Business Insider conducting surveys around the use of smartphones that end up getting more than 2,000 responses. From the survey, it was obvious that the bitter rivalry between the iPhone vs Android also occurred among fans.

Here are the results of a survey reported by CNet on Wednesday April 20, 2011:

Most of the respondents are Android users (51.4 %), followed by the iPhone (33 %), BlackBerry (8.3 %), Windows Phone 7 (3.1 %), Palm (1.6 %) and other woods (2 , 6 per cent).

As many as 85 % of respondents said they planned to buy a new smartphones in the next two years, where 92 % wanted to buy the latest and most expensive product. Meanwhile, another 8 % claim to want to buy the older model mobile phone which is cheaper.

The majority of respondents (54.4 %) are interested in buying a mobile phone based on Android and the iPhone (33.6 %) than the BlackBerry (3 %), Windows Phone 7 (3.7 %) or other platforms.

Most iPhone users claim to not want to replace the phone with Android or BlackBerry when they upgrade their phones (59.3 %), except if the two platforms that offer many advantages that are not owned an iPhone.

Meanwhile, 55.7 % said Android users will not be 'moved' to use the iPhone because they "hate Apple". A total of 31.2 % would consider buying the iPhone if it could work well with products other than Apple.

Platform (38.2 %) and features (33.1 %) is still the primary consideration of consumers in buying a smartphones. Other considerations include choice of applications (8.1 %), easy data migration (3.9 %), prices (3 %) and service offering (7.2 %).
